Membership Questions


Can I freeze my Membership?

Yes! Ypu can freeze your membership at any time if you need to take a break. We do not charge a fee to freeze your membership. We ask that you give us a month notice to avoid additional charges. Simply speak to a memebr of our team and we will be happy to arrange this for you. When you're ready to return, we can help you get back to enjoying your membership.

What happens if I want to change my membership plan?

You can change your membership plan any time, free of charge. However, if you upgrade to a higher memberhsip level (Gold Memerbship) part way through the month, there may be a small additional charge to cover the difference for the remainder of the month. Our team will be happy to discuss your options with you.

Can I have a Joint Membership with anyone?

No. Joint Memberships are only available for two people who live in the same household. Both members will need to provide the same household address when setting up the membership.

Booking Questions


How do I book Swimming Lessons?

Please phone or email us to enquire about Swim School or private lessons. We will send you an application form and our Swim School co-ordinator will contact you once a space becomes available. We offer parent and baby lessons from infants to toddlers up to 4. Once they reach school age, they can then begin Swim School. If you are an adult, we offer adult group sessions and private 121 lessons.

Do I need to book my sessions? How do I cancel them if needed?

We would recommend booking your sessions to avoid disappointment upon arrival. Especially for the classes, lengths and fitness suite. If you need to cancel your session, you can cancel via Clubright up to 3 hours in advance. ANything closer, please call us over the phone to cancel. Spaces are very limited, please be mindful of cancelling your space to enable other users to book.

Do I need to have an account?

No, you do not need to have an account to access our facilities. You can simply book sessions and pay via the phone or in house. We may ask for some information such as your name and email address to create you a profile for our system. However, If you wish to book classes, swimming sessions and activities yourself or manage your membership, you will need a Clubright account.

Facility Questions


What is your child admission policy?

Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied in the pool by a responsible adult aged 16 or over. Children under the age of 12 must have a responsible adult on site at all times. Please do not leave your child unattended anywhere within the Centre.

What age can I use the Fitness Suite?

You must be aged 16 and over to use the Fitness Suite. We also offer Junior Gym sessions for children in Secondary School. These sessions run Monday to Thursday from 15:15 - 16:15 and provide a safe, supervised environment for younger members to learn how to use gym equipment correctly. For more information about Junior Gym, please speak to a member of the team.

What is the swimmer capacity?

Our pool capacity varies depending on the type of session. During the Lengths Swimming, we allow a maximum of 10 swimmers across our 4 lanes to ensure everyone has enough space to swim safely and comfortably. During a Leisure Swim, our pool capacity is a maximum of 60 swimmers.
